UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, and Editorial Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ToolSite News regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
